My requirement is to make a record producer which will be public (it will be accessible even if user is not logged in).
I am trying to do this by creating one page and making it public, a copy widget of SC Catalog Item Record Producer (Public), and a new Record producer (Public).
So my question is if I make this happen then it will be available to everyone on the internet and people can use this to garbage our database by making number of useless records which are not even related to company. Are there any prevention methods in Servicenow so that this can be avoided, like record can be created only 100 times in 30mins from one IP address. Any security which will reduce this kind of garbage records.
And do you have any idea about how much percentage records will be from genuine record fillers and not from the bot or non genuine person.
