Process flow formatter

Hi,

As in the below image, I shouldn't show both "Proceed" & "Hold" together. I need to show either proceed or hold depends on the state of the record. In this case I selected "hold" state and I need only "Hold" to be displayed in the flow formatter not proceed.

Can anyone please suggest how can I achieve this.

Hi @Aravinthakumar,

This can be achieved by this table sys_process_flow, there are multuple record related to IDEA table. Pls configure as per your reqirement. Whichever you dont want to show then you can deactivate them.

@Jitendra Diwak1 , If I deactivate the "Proceed" one, then how will I display "Proceed" flow when state of proceed is selected.

I need both but not at the same time. It should be depend on the state selection.

Hi @Aravinthakumar,

This is OOB table and you can only apply condition as per the requirement. This cannot be done but you can apply condition like state is Proceed or Hold.

See my earlier response. That's just not possible. You can't make the visibility conditionally. Just not an option out-of-the-box.
