As a Dispatcher from the list Work order task, I want to select multiple tasks and able to move state to "Soft dispatch" then system will ask user by giving pop-up, like to which User(Agent) you want to Soft dispatch these tasks , and when he selects a Agent, the State should changes to "Soft Dispatch" and "soft dispatch to" field sholud be filled with that agent name.
Soft dispatch - custom state
soft dispatch to - user created field
Work order task flow should be -
Draft - Pending dispatch - Soft dispatch - Schedule - Assigned - Accepted - Work In progress - complete.
Kindly Help me achieving this requirement , UI Ation, Process flow and state flow configuration.
