Profile picture is not visible in ESC Portal

Can ypu guide me where should add the code to display the profile picture in the ESC portal in the Header

Hi,

Profile picture is available as per OOB configuration. Have you done any modifications?

Make sure use has uploaded photo on his profile.

We are using OOB configuration but still profile picture is not displaying .
