Progress bar in task form

Hi everybody! I would like to add a custom progress bar in the task form, like this in attachment:

 

How could I add it? And how I can change the names so they can be the same as the custom state I've made? (Yes I would like to see the progress of the states I change simultaneously in this progress bar)
