Project_status (Status Report) and Pm_project (Project)

HI

Does anyone know how to link these two tables together for reporting purposes?   I am being asked to pull the overall health status field from the related lists status reports from the project module and can not see how to do this.   Any help is appreciated.

Dennis,

Have you looked into reporting from the pm_portfolio_project table. We source several reports from this table as it allows the one to one ratio that you are referring to.

I tried the pm portfolio project table but my pms are telling me not all the project they have listed in the project view where project state is open or work in progress are showing.

I spot checked and there are projects in the project view where state is Open or work in progress that are not appearing in the report when using pm portfolio project table.

I would also be interested in hearing how you accomplished this

Out of curiosity, what is you "project view"? Is that a database-view you all have set up?

In the Filter Conditions for the report you'll need to "Show Related Fields" and then pick your "Project" related fields that you want to filter on.

When I was using the portfolio project table,. I was able to get all the fields needed but not all the projects were coming over into the report. I could not understand why.
