Hi @SNOWSBC24,
Please follow the below steps to hide/unhide the Add Risk, Add Issue, Add Decision buttons (RIDAC) and the New button under Details.

These buttons are controlled through Declarative Action Assignments.
Steps:

2. Open the record.
3. Go to the Action Exclusion related tab.
4.Click New and create a record as shown in screenshot:
- Specify the required table (Risk / Issue / Decision).
- Save the record.
Result:
The New button under the Details section for Risks, Issues, Decisions, etc. will be hidden based on your configuration.
To Hide “Add Risk, Add Issue, Add Decision” Buttons in RIDAC Tab
These buttons are configured in UI Builder.
Steps:
- Navigate to UI Builder.
- Open the Project Workspace experience.
- Open the RIDAC Monitor page (as shown in screenshot).
- Click Edit Test Parameters and provide any sample values.
5. Click on the Create RIDAC button to open the configuration.
Hide the button by:
Setting visibility condition to true
Save and Publish the changes.
Result:
The Add Risk, Add Issue, Add Decision buttons in the RIDAC tab will be hidden/unhidden as per your configuration.
Please note that making changes of this type is considered customization. Such modifications may impact future upgrades, so ensure they are properly documented and reviewed as per your organization’s change management process.
