Ask approval from shared mailbox members

Hello All

I was asked to create a flow for catalogue item so that the approval requests/email will be sent to a shared mailbox, so members of this mailbox will be able to approve or reject the requests. these members they don`t have an assignment group.

is this even possible?  I know that I have to create a group and add users in it .. but the request wouldn`t go to shared mailbox. but to member`s individual emails.

I think this is not feasible unless you create group in instance.

I thought so ,,, I did a group, they get notified once the approval is sent to group .. also added an action Send Email to shared mailbox containing request detail  just

in case.

Hi  @samirmeroua ,

It seems you are talking about DL (Distribution List).

You have to establish the integration with Microsoft exchange.

https://www.servicenow.com/docs/r/integrate-applications/integration-hub/setup-ms-exch-ol.html

Integrate the ServiceNow instance and Microsoft Exchange Online account by creating a custom OAuth application in Microsoft Exchange Online to authenticate ServiceNow requests.

Now with the permission , You can read the Data.

Note: Exchange data is secured and sometimes sensitive data. Before start it , please check with them whether they will share the data .
