Hello all,
I'm working with the Portfolio Planning Workspace and I'm not sure I understand how it works exactly.
I created a new portfolio plan "Servicenow details" selecting portfolio 'Sales' and checking the demands and projects checkboxes.
However, when the Plan was created just a few demands and projects from 'Sales' were actually added in the Workspace.
Also, when I try to create a new Project/Demand (TEST in the picture above) from the Workspace it works fine, it is added to the Porfolio plan and to 'Sales'. However, when I create it from the backend, selecting the correct portfolio, it is not added to the plan, and it is not showing in the workspace at all.
Why is that? How can I add the records created in the backend to the workspace?
Thanks for your help,
Nicolás

Hi @Nicol_s2 ,
Please check whether you have enabled the "Integrations" for Strategic planning workspace, if yes you will be having an option to "Import" the data from Execution table to Alignment table.
Here in your case Execution table will be (Project table or Demand table), once you click on import option, it will be prompted to select the data range, on what period you want the data to be imported to alignment table, which will be used in the Strategic Planning Workspace.
Please enable the strategic planning integration plugin and In the navigator search "Strategic Planning>Integrations" there you will find the demand and Projects mapping tables. Open each record and try to import the data using import button.
Please let me know if you stuck anywhere.
Please mark helpful, if it answers your questions.
Thanks
