Hello, so I have a template for Known Error Articles. It is active and references the proper template table. 3 Article template fields are defined. The proper fields show up in in the Known Error Article record, but do not show up in the article. The Known error article includes the fields defined in the template,
, but the actual article shows up as this:
Why would this be and how would I fix this?
