Hi All,
How can i edit the assignment group of that variable in record producer template (Propose a new Standard Change Template)...the requirement is to add the filter in assignment group...for example (name should not contain Approval)...this filter should be applied by default on that variable for the users....but issue is i am not getting where that variable is coming from.

I am afraid you cannot apply a reference qual in the field you want as they are made in Catalog items and are standard templates. These don't work this way.

Hi @PawanKumarR
You can’t do this because it’s not a standard form—it’s more like an HTML page, so you can only focus on one group at a time.

Hi @PawanKumarR ,
This is possible by going to Standard Change Properties. From there, you can add or remove fields as needed.
Or you can also go to Service catalog -> Standard change template -> search for template -> Add/remove field.
If you find my answer useful, please mark the solution as accepted and helpful.
Thanks and regards
