Props in UI builder

Can anyone explain why in 1 of my pages it has the props of record sysid and user sysid whereas in the other page it doesn't? Any how do I add them both to my other page. Im quite new to UI builder

I know this is over a month old, but is the page without the sys_id missing a data resource controller?
