Provide me any good way to get below Catalog UI policy

we have one variable (tracked address) in catalog item that varibel is visible only in TASK form only and also need to fulfill below conditions as well

 

1)  Tracked address always visible in every task but If country =America AND delivery=other on that time Tracked address is mandatory

 

 

2)when same RITM we RETIRE on that time Tracked address is always visible false but if country not equal to africa AND delivery =other on time we need to display in retire RITM

 

Please let me know how we can archive these

Can you explain number 2 a little more. I'm not sure I understand it. What is we retire is that another variable?

open RITM we retire  so same variable we used but based request type (these is also one variable) open OR retire we need to display track number
