Publish button is not visible to the author of knowledge article from knowledge management team.

HI Team ,

Publish button is not visible for author who is also owner of knowledge management team.

Current workflow stage is draft. Could you please let us know the reason.

Hi,

Published button is generally visible when Article is in Review state, can you move the article to review state and see if publish button is visible.? Mark my answer as correct if that helps

HI @Kothwal Amanulla ,

Is the article in draft state?

Is it read only to the manager of the knowledge base?

Is it editable by owner of the knowledge base?

If yes is the answer to all these then it’s the out of the behavior with versioning.

OR

Could you please check any approval associate with your KB Article. If yes once you approved it - you can "Publish" the article.

OR

check ui action ''Publish'' button contion 

!(new KBCommon().isStackNameDialog()) && (new KBKnowledge().canPublish(current))

check this ui action condtion
