Hello Team,
Is it possible to publish our own custom release notes related to a particular project in ServiceNow?
And if yes, will it be possible also to connect deployed features and bugs lists from ADO to those release notes?
Thank you much,
Natasha

Probably... depends on what you mean by "Publish". Are you talking about some kind of document that's globally accessible that you can hyperlink people to? If so, would a knowledge article suffice?

Hi @NatG
You can create Knowledge article's same.

Hi @NatG
when you say "ADO", do you mean "Azure DevOps"?
First of all, there is no OOTB functionality for what you are asking for. That means that anything has to be implemented. However, to be honest, I wouldn't do this in ServiceNow. But this is only my personal opinion, as I'm a great fan of Confluence.
