I have created a report and added this to a dashboard.
The report has been shared with everyone having the role snc_internal.
The dashboard contains the report and is shared as well with everyone having the role snc_internal.
When I impersonate and do All > Self-Service > Dashboards I can see the dashboard being shared. When I open it, teh report doesn't contain data but an ACL kick-in.
When I impersonate with a user having the role ITIL I don't have any issue. Why does the ACL kick-in even if I clearly specify the sharing? What am I doing wrong?

Hi @Andreas Cierpka ,
Review the Access Control Rules (ACLs) on the table for which you created the report (or the table queried in your report(report_view Acl). Confirm that users assigned the "snc_internal" role possess the required read permissions.
Share the report and add user role ). Users who have the admin, pa_admin, or pa_power_user roles can also share the dashboard with other roles.
Mark it helpful and solution proposed if it serves your purpose.
Thanks,
Anand

Hi @Andreas Cierpka ,
Start by elevating your role, as you need to look and maybe change ACLs:
Press update.
Go to Access Controls:
Search the table and the ACL "Report_view" (in my example I have utilized the incident table):
Go through the different ACLs to see which roles are needed to view reports:
Change accordingly to fit your need, but be careful not to just open up for everything.

But the ACL is there. Isn't it?
