Hi,
New ServiceNow user, attempting to publish from Robohelp (using the ServiceNow KnowledgeBase type), and have the site URL set to my developer instance (https://devxxxxx.service-now.com), with user ID set to "admin" with the appropriate password. Trying to save the publish profile results in a:
ServiceNow Connection Failure - Could not connect to the site. Site is down or check your credentials.
Any thoughts on credential or site URL errors. Not sure what I'm missing.
