PULL data from an external tool using GraphQL?

There is an external tool which stores Servers details. We need to have that data pulled into in ServiceNow via GET mehod call from ServiceNow using GraphQL API.
Has anyone done this? Pulled data using GraphQL API's?
And where do we need write the GraphQL queries in ServiceNow to READ that data frequently? In rest message or data source or scheduled job? or where else.

Hi @Bert_c1 Thanks for replying, but that I not what I am looking for. That link describes to to create queries in ServiceNow so that external system can call that API.
I am looking other way round.
