Pull through RITM variables into power automate

Can anyone help please, driving me insane...
I've got a power automate flow that is picking out Requested Catalogue Item approvals and it works fine but is only returning the Approval For (ie RITM number) in the approval email/Teams approval. 

I've been trying to get it to pick out the variables from the form but so far it just can't pick them out, it just returns no values. The Get Variables is looking at the Item Options (sc_cat_item_option) table
