Testing the process of Password Reset for Microsoft Active Directory from ServiceNow login page

Hi Experts,

1.I have installed the Password reset for Microsoft AD Spoke and configured all the connections.

2. I have configured the password process and added the AD Credential Store.

3. Checked the credential store connection and it is successful.

 

Now, i want to test the password process before going to next step which is password reset for windows app, Using which i can pull the ServiceNow password reset process in the windows login screen. 

I have created a test user in AD and in servicenow and enrolled the user in the password process. Even after enrolling i am getting an error email instead of Email code. I have attached the email image. Please help me to test whether the process is working or not.
