Hi All,
1) How to rename the "Has breached" filed options like true/false to "Resolved within SLA/Breached SLA" in the report legend, highlighted in the screenshot below
How can we change the boolean value labels to "Resolved within SLA/Breached SLA" in the report/dashboard view
2) How do we calculate the average incidents created on the last 6 months' report
