I'm looking for the details regarding documentation of Onapsis integration with Servicenow, Please let me know if anyone have idea about it.

There's a certified application on the ServiceNow Store.

Since the Support Contact is "support@onapsis.com", the app was most probably built by the Onapsis team.

Moreover, the application is Free. So you can install it to the client Sand-box instance to test it and review how it is implemented, in order to apply to your context or just go ahead and leverage the app.
