Query regarding Servicenow to Ms Teams Have Integration

Hi All,

 

I have a requirement i.e. whenever critical incident is generated then notification(msg) should be send on microsoft teams notifying the members of the assignment group assigned to an incident.

For this requirement, I have configured the microsoft teams graph spoke. When creating the flow, in action group id and channel id is needed.

Please suggest the next steps to add the channel and group id as I am unable to find the same. Also, tried to create the team but don’t have access.

Hi Pragati, 

The following article describes how to get both the group and channel ids. They can be found by getting the link to the MS Teams channel.

As for creating the team, you will need to work with your Microsoft 365/Teams admin or someone with permission to create a Microsoft Teams Team.

I hope you want to send a message to a teams channel for an assignment group once an incident is being assigned to them. For that, you can make use of Post a Message action available under Microsoft Teams Spoke instead.
