I was testing something and it somehow got slipped into our Production instance luckily for only one profile that I was testing on.
You can see the question marks, a few also highlighted in red squares.
I am sure it was something I was testing which I could easily fix in DEV and did not expect to see it live to be honest.
I have already tried a cache refresh and am sure this is related to some property/attribute or something I was testing..but can't remember what it was.
Please, can someone help?

you can hide this by disabling the accessibility. You can find this in the instance setting. please see the attached screenshot. This is user preference. end user can show this or hide this if they want
