Question On Approval

Hello All,

I have one Requirement on Second level of Approval,

I have one Catalog Form, HR Referral Program, in that i have one variable,(2nd level of Approval, sys_user Reference type field),  this should only visible on RITM.

The Assignee of the RITM, can fill this field, and that field member should be the 2nd level of Approval,

ie, Who will be the member of that  2nd level of Approval,  variable, second level of Approval should go to this member,

So can anyone please help me how can i fix this.
