Question on integration between Manage Engine Key Manager Plus and ServiceNow

Good afternoon 🙂

 

I am trying to integrate Key Manager Plus with ServiceNow to automatically send an email when a certificate is about to expire. The username and password is correct, but it does not pull through any fields from ServiceNow. When trying it from KMP's side, it just says 'no data available'. Any idea how to fix this?
