Hello,
Please review multilevel pivot tables and see if that will assist you otherwise, it will most likely not be able to be done in a standard report: https://docs.servicenow.com/csh?topicname=c_MultilevelPivotCharts.html&version=latest
Please consider marking my reply as Helpful and/or Accept Solution, if applicable. Thanks!

Hi @William08 ,
As @Allen Andreas suggested, a multi-level pivot table will be your best option. But please notice, you can't have average and total in same report, hence two report is needed if possible.
