Question On RITM Table

Hi There,

I have one Request on sc_req_item Table. 

I have one particular Catalog item and for that I have created one Workflow, and there is no any Approval, 

and when RITM state gets closed Complete at that time workflow's stage Should also close.

In my workflow, I have taken If Condition

Condition: State is Closed Complete

then with the help of Set Values Activity I have set Stage to Closed.

but which is not working, please check the Attached snapshot of Workflow.

In This Workflow, if Condition is not Properly working,

Can somebody please help me on this!!

As per the screenshot, it seems you have attached 'No' condition to 'Set Value' Activity, can you try connecting the 'Yes' condition to Set Value activity

If i Attach that if Condition to 'Yes', at that time if RITM is assigned to someone(when state is In progress ) at that time only the stage is changing to Complete, 

but what i want is when RITM's state is Closed Complete at that time Stage should set to Complete(in this case RITM is not containing Any tasks)

Hi @Community Alums ,

Could you please let me know when ritm is closed what should be the next step workflow should do ? what is your requirement exactly ?

Note: In your flow in if condition you are taking the flow forward through "No" can you try with "YES" because if ritm is closed complete it will not move forward if you have configured next step through no .
