Question : P1 or P2 incident resolved automatically problem ticket needs to be open.
I tried to implement the above scenario with after business rule and below is code.
Business rule condition is below
Script:
Output: The script is creating problem ticket but the same problem ticket is not updating in problem_id of the incident in the related list.
Please help me how to update problem_id of the incident related list.
