Hi,

I have a requirement to arrange questionnaires for setting up new ServiceNow environment.

If anyone can help with any document or any reference site would be a great help.

Are you talking about OOTB SN ? If yes then go to now create and search for foundation data guide and ITSM modules, which provides you basic understanding.
