1. Is it possible to check the information of the users connected to the Virtual Agent App on Teams in the ServiceNow table?

 

2. Do I first need to authenticate with ServiceNow login to start using the Virtual Agent in the Teams app? If you have any documents or images that can answer this question, please share them.
