Questions on Email notifications

I have a requirement where I need to send an email notification to the submitter when a change is moved to Review with a simple message. "Greetings, your change request is now in the review state"

and on the same acceptance criteria, I have an additional request to send an email notification to the change management group, when the email from change to review, with a different message " This change is now assigned to your group" Thank you 

 

I have completed the first requirement, now for the second one, do I just create another update sent with updateset_version 2 since both are on the same story 

 

Just curious how you all will approach this cause to me it seems like 2 different requirements

HI Alex,

I Don't think it matters you can create two update sets you can just do it in one no problem.

but this story seem to be single notification so why don't you just do it in single update set

I was thinking that but since it 2 different messages, how can I get it done in one?

Update set will capture all the changes you make it doesn't matter so you can do it in one update set
