"Actions" in Multi Row Variable set

Hi,
I have a requirement to edit the sequence of "Actions" in Multi Row Variable set.

Within the variable set we can only change the order of other variables and not the "Actions" 

Please let me know the possibility of changing the order of "Actions" column,

Requirement is to shift the "Actions" column in the end.

Please don't accept this requirement from customer.

Inform the customer that this is not possible and not supported by ServiceNow
