"Assign to me" Incident UI Action does not work in Workspace.

i have a new PDI.
and wanted to check this question:
If the Assignment group is empty on an incident record, what happens when an agent that is a member of multiple user groups clicks the Assign to me UI action?
but i have Problems or a lot of Questions.
1. in that Script Include there is no "getMemberGroups" Function (it is in ...SCN include)
2. in the workspace, the errormessage doesn#t appear
3. if i open the inc in the "normal/lagacy" form view, the erros message appears but no prompt !?

I tested this in my PDI and the behaviour is different.
Assigned to Me work but it did not check any validation and assigned to Logged in user.
May be you can log a Case with HI support.

hi, thanks but it is about the Question what happens if the Assignment Group is Empty and you klick on assign to me

Look like it is a bug and you already shared the screenshot. HI Support will be a good case to go now.
