"can read" and "cannot read" related lists on KB articles

How to setup "canRead" and "cannotRead" related lists on knowledge article, there is no OOTB related list for knowledge articles, though it is present for knowledge bases.

Please follow this guide to create user criteria on knowledge articles: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/utah-servicenow-platform/page/product/knowledge-management/task/c...
If you need the user criteria to be available as related list on the knowledge article, I would assume that you need to create the relationship your self.
