Hi @Nataliia_Lova ,
I have never tried this but can you try and put the URL like the below and see if the user is redirected to a new record from email :
https://<URL of your instance>/now/nav/ui/classic/params/target/incident.do
It is basically the URL which opens up when you open a new form for any table to create a record.

But when this notification you want to trigger. In email body , you can add the link and redirect but what on what condition it will trigger ?

- Audiences: Opened for, Requestor
- Subject: Your Finance Request #FIN0000022 was closed.
- Content: Request details and link to open the request.
