Deactivated Playbook showing on workspace when click on new incident

Hi Everyone,

 

I have created a custom playbook and deactivated the OOB Playbook("report an incident") for same table. However, in workspace, from homepage when i click on button("create a new incident"), it navigates and shows the deactivated playbook, instead of custom playbook.

 

Any suggestions for above issue.?
