"Customer Information" and "Customer Activity" tabs NOT shown on CSM Configurable Workspace.

Although I installed "Customer Central" plugin, "Customer Information" and "Customer Activity" tabs are not present in CSM Configurable Workspace.

Please let me know how to make them shown on the workspace.

Hello @Aki18 ,

I have installed the customer central plugin in my instance, I was able to see the customer information on the CSM workspace.

 

Please let me know if you are facing the issue now. I think it must be a cache issue. Try to log in from another browser.
