"knowledge Similar Articles" solution definition predictive intelligence in knowledge Management

Hi all,

I have trained the "knowledge similar articles" similarity definition successfully. However, when i try to search an article's short description(exact short description which exists) in the knowledge results for similar articles, the articles which are similar are not shown in the results. When i changed threshold score from 80 to 50, then i could see the results..from the test solution.(given the exact knowledge base,short description,class of the existing published article still the score is less)

Any idea on how articles are compared and given score for their similarity?

Hi, Try re training the model or ensure you have clean correct data for training. You should have high value of confidence for the trained model to get accurate prediction. for a same type of short description you need more training data on that to get maximum confidence and threshold.
