"New" Button on related list in Workspace is grayed out

Hello developers,

I'm working in the Source-to-Pay workspace and added the Vendor related list on the Supplier Form. On the Vendor list, the new button is there but it's grayed out (even with the admin role), does anyone know why this and/or how I can make the "New" button selectable in the Source-to-Pay workspace (it works in the native ui view but not in workspace)?

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Please check if you have "sn_slm.owner" role.

Hi Sandeep,

I had to create a case with ServiceNow. The issue was a custom action assignment that prevented the "New" button from being selectable.
