One of the users from our company can't getting the "Preview this record" button in asset form.
I checked the assignment groups and roles. Nothing helped in showing the icon to that user.

When you checked the roles / groups, did you find any missing or add them? Make sure the user logged out and back in if anything was changed as ACLs wold be cached in the sessions.
Typically speaking, when that button is not visible it is because the user does not have permissions to read that record or, if they do have permissions and it is read-only, the field does not have the readonly_clickthrough=true attribute set.
Some information around this can be found here:https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/orlando-platform-administration/page/administer/field-administrat...
At a guess, check the field first and see if that attribute is set on the dictionary and if not, add it.
If it's there, then check if the user can access the record with a direct link. If not, look at ACL's.
I hope this helps!
If this was helpful or correct, please be kind and remember to click appropriately!
