"Run Script" activity missing from Flow Designer

So we're still using the Workflow Editor for a number of reasons.. and one of the biggest reasons is because we have many activities where we need to "Run Script".

I notice that in Flow Designer there is no "ServiceNow Core"  Run Script

I'm aware that you can create a custom Activity in Flow Designer, but how do I create this custom activity to work the same exact way that "Run Script" works in Workflow Editor?

I suppose, according to this: Inline Scripts I could just cheat it and put a "Log" activity in there to run script... I'll use this method in case I can't duplicate the "Run Script" activity as in a regular old workflow.
