HI @GAyathri33 ,
I trust you are doing great.

  1. Verify User Role Permissions: Check if your user role has the necessary permissions to execute the UI action. Ensure that the user role has the required access to the record you are attempting to perform the action on. You can review the user role's permissions by following these steps:

    • Navigate to "System Security" > "Users and Roles" > "Roles".
    • Search for and open your user role.
    • Review the "Application Access" and "Data" tabs to ensure the appropriate access is granted.
  2. Review UI Action Configuration: Examine the UI action's configuration to ensure it is correctly set up. Follow these steps:

    • Navigate to "System Definition" > "UI Actions" > "UI Actions".
    • Search for and open the UI action you are encountering the error with.
    • Review the conditions, scripts, and other settings to ensure they are properly configured and match the intended behavior.
  3. Check Script Execution: Confirm that the script associated with the UI action is executing correctly. You can review the script for any potential issues. Consider the following:

    • Review the script associated with the UI action to check for any errors or incorrect logic.
    • Pay attention to any security-related conditions or access controls within the script.
    • Test the script separately to verify its functionality and ensure it aligns with the intended behavior.
