Increase the size of Dashboard on servicenow portal

Hi folks,

We have created few dashboards which are visible on our company portal but the size of them is very small and it leaves a lot of space vacant. Is there a way we can fix the issue.

Attached is the screenshot for the same.

Hi @Preksha Kapoor ,

To increase the size of a dashboard widget in the ServiceNow portal, you can either resize individual widgets or adjust the overall dashboard layout. You can resize individual widgets by dragging their corners in edit mode. To change the overall layout, you may need to adjust the dashboard's container size or use a different layout type if available.

See if you resize your reports or whatever widgets you are using.

If my answer helepd you, please mark it solution accepted.

If it is in-line editor, rearrange the visualization components to fit the screen. It has 48 grids in total, so plan the arrangement accordingly. For example, if you are placing 3 DVs in a row, place 16 grids for each.

If it is technical editor, you have multiple options to rearrange. Go to Dashboard -> Edit in UI Builder and go to Layout and sizing section to explore the options.

Hi @Bhuvan  ,

Our is a normal Dashboard which doesn't give me an option to open it in UI Builder. Here, I can see the one you have created is in UI bulider and also the issue is mainly occuring on the Service Portal  as there its size is getting smaller. Rest in platform it is perfectly fine.
