"Summary of Item Being Approved" not showing the fields in approval

Hello,

In the "Summary of Item being approved" section in the approval, it is not showing the summary of the requested item under description. Normally a user selects the arrow next to "description" and it shows the summary of the requested item (see below).

Is this an issue with the London release because we've never had this issue before, or is there something I need to configure?

Which table is this approval for? If it is a custom application/table, you may want to look at the approval_summarizer ui macros.
