Looks like the issue was our instance not having an undocumented system property called "com.glide.snap.url". After adding that property with the type of string and value of "http://snap/snap", we got it to work.

Hi @Frank10
I echo with @Oya Orhan,. It is something related to Anti Virus. What type of file it is and may be some risky data and antivirus is stopping this.

Looks to be regular jpg, png, and pdf files. Do we have to launch the security scan manually?

Hi @Frank10,
Did you find any solution for that issue?
We currently face the same error for png and jpg files on our productive environment.
Regards,
Frans
