"This document is pending security scan and cannot be viewed" Next Experience Workspace Error

Hello,

I am getting this error when trying to preview an attachment within the Next Experience Attachment component, has anyone else seen this? Looks like it is only is happening one of our environments.

Looks like the issue was our instance not having an undocumented system property called "com.glide.snap.url". After adding that property with the type of string and value of "http://snap/snap", we got it to work.

For the people for who this doesnt work: navigate to sys_attachment table and look up your attachment. Change the state to 'available'. This worked for me.

Hi, the issue is still being observed but only to specific users. Anything need to be checked in platform to resolve this issue
