I'm new to the ServiceNow universe and I'm participating in a bootcamp. I'm on the Washington version
I am experiencing difficulties editing an instance options in the Services Portal and the following message appears
"This record is in the Global application, but Açaí Now Delivery is the current application."
How do I edit the application I'm working with? Whenever I click on the option I want, it goes to the custom application screen.
Custom Application

Set your current application scope to global, and then update that record. Seems the record you want to update is in the Global application scope. However, I do not understand your last sentence.

Hi @Otavio_Jordao,
You need to make the scope to Global. You can do that by clicking on globe icon next to global search in your banner frame and select Application Scope > Global.
You can't make customisations of a global scope application in other Application Scopes.
If you found my response helpful, please mark it as solution and helpful.
Thanks and Regards,
Ehab
