1)I want change properties of an activated flow but it is giving me an error "Unknown error occurred while processing request, check logs to get more information."

2)I want change the Run As=>System user which is now Run As=>User who initiates. But it is unable update the changes

You can try updating the RunAs from back-end table list view, 

1.) Go to sys_hub_flow.LIST

2.) Get the Run As field into list 

3.) Update the value in the list for your flow
