"You are either not authorized or record is not valid"...what is the cause of this error and how to remove it.

hai,

when i am opening customer portal as admin i can view the page and create cases form the portal page.

But when i impersonate with a user i am not able to access this page and 

getting this error-->"You are either not authorized or record is not valid."

though they are many questions related to my query i am not able to find the solution...

can anyone please help me...

Hi,

few things to check

1) please check whether user has valid roles or not

2) Also check whether those users satisfy the user criteria applied for the record producer which is used to create the case

I am also having same issue being an admin i am getting same error when i am submitting record producer from portal "You are either not authorized or record is not valid"  my table is custom table and they role attached for read write i have given to user , How you solved it 

I have the admin role but still I am getting it.
